It's been long time since I wrote something on my blog. I guess, I'm fortunate that one of my friends reminded me of publishing an article on my blog.
With that delight, here I'm, to write something. So, now the point is what to write about!!! :-P
...........Thinking.........
Okay, I'm done with what to write question. I'll write about my 3rd year's first week college experience.
It was a lot of fun, the whole week. I got to know that 'Deloitte' is coming to offer us the Internships and we got to give a written test based on which they'll promote us to further rounds of hiring process.
But, the saddest part was, most of my fellow-mates along with me, doesn't have any idea of the exam pattern and the duration of the test. So, I got to meet our Placement Co-Ordinators and discuss the details required which gave me a nice opportunity to develop my Network further.
For the next two days, the time went on in passing the info to all of my fellow-mates and making sure that everyone of the class has their resumes prepared.
Finally, the day of 'written test' has come, i.e., 25th of July, 2014. The test was meant to start at 8:30 in the morning. Inorder to reach the college by that time, I chose to stay in my friend's room the night before the exam.
To my surprise, 25th was my friends' friend birthday. We planned to celebrate his birthday in his room and got everything ready by 10 'o' clock and passed the time till 12 AM surfing aptitude questions over the internet so as to practice for the test. We enjoyed the birthday party and had fun with the 'Birthday Boy' till 2 AM.
The next morning, I reached the college at right time and the test went well. It has 3 rounds, verbal, quant and logical round.
The software used was written well-enough that no two people would get the same question at same time, the only thing which I liked the most of the exam.
I felt that the verbal was a little bit tough than the other two rounds. But, overall, my performance in the test was good. I'm happy that most of my fellow-mates also performed well in the test.
Though we had some classes to attend in this week, we turned them into practice sessions and bunked them to play cricket, the sport which love to play the most.
The whole week was like heavenly pleasure, doing the things which I love the most, along with friends.....
Hoping the same to happen in the upcoming week...!!! :-D
